You don't have to be a poet to understand the power of the written word, as this site attests. Sure it's a
celebration of poetry and its ability to heal and inspire, but it's also about the
creative process, and you, the creator.
Here, John Fox, a poet and certified poetry therapist, introduces you to the
"philosophy" of poetry medicine, a tool by which you can discover your
